All quotes based on true RADII unless indicated otherwise.

This quotation is for fabrication of custom aluminum frames and ventilators alone. Installation, mounting hardware, glazing materials, delivery and/or motor freight is not included unless specified otherwise.

Terms from invoice date shall be net 30 days unless otherwise specified. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (or 18% per year) on all accounts past due. All funds in U.S. dollars.

All federal, state and municipal taxes imposed by virtue of the sale shall be added to the invoice and paid by the customer. Upon default the purchaser shall reimburse any legal fees, costs or expenses incurred in pursuing the collection of any delinquent amount.

Payment terms as stated are contingent upon an approved Credit Rating and Credit History as determined by CAFF COMPANY.

The purchaser is responsible for proper use of all materials and its compliance with applicable building and safety codes.

The purchaser is responsible for supplying CAFF COMPANY with accurate measurements, and if necessary, patterns for the fabrication of all materials.

CAFF COMPANY is not responsible for measurements, details, and effects of prior fabrication other than our own. Therefore, it is strongly suggested that before placing a purchase order, final field dimensions be verified and patterns taken and supplied whenever possible.

Inconsistency in the primary metal or in the extruding process may impair our ability to produce a satisfactory product. The fact that we quoted and accepted a purchase order does not infer a guarantee that we can bend the specified extrusion to the required radius. If such a problem arises, all processing of the order will cease and you will be notified immediately. CAFF COMPANY will not assume any liability, direct and consequential, due to the presence of unforeseen characteristics of the extrusion.

When the purchaser receives stock length material curved to a specified radius, there is a portion of the material at each end of the section that, due to our bending process, is not useable. It is recommended that a pattern taken from the job site be used to locate the optimum section of the bend and mark and cut at that point.

The bending procedure may produce a product which deviates 1/8" greater or lesser than the required radius. This slight deviation should be allowed for during sizing.

Customer must notify CAFF COMPANY of any nonconformance of aluminum within 5 (five) days after receipt of material.

CAFF COMPANY cannot assume responsibility for installation problems encountered when said problems are the result of field conditions not alluded to in the original order.

Anticipated date of shipment will be issued upon receipt of purchase order. If a condition arises that prevents the processing of a quality product, delays in shipping are possible.

All shipments are made at the risk of purchaser. CAFF COMPANY is not responsible for loss, damage or delay by the carrier and all freight claims shall be reprocessed and paid for by the purchaser. All shipments will go out F.O.B. our shop unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipments of goods are contingent upon strikes, fire, delay of carriers, priorities of the government or any branch thereof, which prevents CAFF COMPANY from manufacturing the goods in accordance with our established practice and other delays unavoidable beyond our control.

Accepted handling and safety procedures commonly observed by the architectural aluminum industry are applicable.

There are no understanding and agreements with respect to this quotation other than those expressed herein. This document is the entire agreement by and between the parties.

QUOTATIONS VALID FOR 60 (SIXTY) DAYS. If you need to extend this date, or revisions need to be made, please feel free to call.

THERE ARE NOT WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. CAFF COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTIBILITY FOR STOCK LENGTH MATERIAL OR CUSTOM FRAMES CONFIGURED TO YOUR SPECIFIED CONFIGURATION.
